Membership ensures that remembrance is kept alive, that the sacrifices our brave Service men and women have made are never forgotten, and that the ex-Service community have an informed voice, with their concerns brought to the public eye.
Join us to become a part of a network of people who support
the British Armed Forces community.
We welcome men and women of all ages, whether they have served in the Armed Forces or not. Membership is open to everyone with a desire to help the Legion offer lifelong support to those who have served and their families.
Becoming a member provides the opportunity to get involved in various activities and events held locally, regionally and nationally throughout the year. Our members meet on the last Thursday of each month at 6pm with the exception of June, July and August at Legion House, 2-4 Great Union Street in St Helier. Come and join us!
2019 Community Events
9 May - Liberation Day
The Channel Islands were the only part of the British Isles to be occupied by German forces. The five-year occupation came to an end on 09 May 1945. Liberation Day, an event still celebrated in Jersey with an annual Bank Holiday, will once again bring that historic time to life with events taking place around Liberation Square, Royal Square and the Weighbridge. On Liberation Day dignitaries take part in a service of Thanksgiving and Commemoration. Join in the celebrations!
